Here are a few email tricks that I have used in the past. Now the trick here is to use these sparingly and in moderation. I like to email movie trailers. First of all, they’re short and sweet. Second, professional film editors are paid lots of money to turn a two hour movie into a quick three minute burst of emotionally stirring cinema.

Color commentary

Obviously, women are suckers for fashion. They may spend hours scrutinizing over the color scheme of their evening ensemble before going out. So, if she looks good in one of her pictures, let’s compliment her on it. But to stand out with your compliment, try using an uncommon color name. For example:

“Well, you do look hot standing there in that carnelian skirt.”
